We take housesitting to an entirely new level. We realize that there is a segment of our population here in the Jackson, Wyoming area that only lives here part-time. Summer or Winter, we have residents that head south, east, west, north or abroad at certain times during the year. Wouldn’t it be nice to know that your home is checked up on a regular basis to make sure things like pipes, storms, wildlife and more haven’t left your house a mess?

We will perform a complete walk-through of your home every week in the summer months and in the winter. Inspections are thorough including inside and outside spaces. We also inspect the crawl spaces and your attic, (if you have them)..

The purpose of our inspection is to find any issues or potential issues. We will deliver clean vehicles to the airport and pick them up upon your departure. Also, we can stock your home with any supplies prior to your arrival. We will provide you with a monthly statement on your property's condition and any recommendations for maintenance. We will also provide bids and oversee any projects to be completed.

Additional services include changing any lights bulbs that are burned out and keeping up your vehicles with seasonal tire changes and having fluids changed as needed. We can even set up and take down your outside furniture in spring and fall.
